How to Request an Account

The Institut Pasteur offers a computing cluster facility to run bioinformatics tools on biological data.

To obtain an account on the cluster, you must first:#

Go to https://moocs.pasteur.fr/courses/course-v1:Institut_Pasteur+DSI_01+1/about
if you encounter 502 Bad Gateway error, copy and paste the link in a private window in your browser
Click on Register
To sign in, choose "Sign in with Pasteur"
Enter your Pasteur login and password
Watch each video of the course and fill each corresponding quizz (do not worry if topics' numbers are not consecutive)
Once done, send an email to ask-hpc@pasteur.fr to inform us that you have completed the SPOC. In your email, please do not forget to include:
your login,
the name/acronym of your unit
As soon as you receive the confirmation that your account has been created, you can log on the cluster and start to replicate the commands you have watched in the videos and the SPOC's wiki
